Part-Time Student Workers

Support Desk

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the Information Technology Support Desk

• Assist in installation of computer hardware & software

• Troubleshoot problems with computer hardware & software

• Experience required in the operation of PC-compatible computers

• Macintosh experience helpful

   

Tech Support

• Provide day-to-day operations support for users in computer labs

• Assist faculty and staff with classroom technologies

• Assist with setting up ITV classes

• Provide account support to students

• Experience required in the operation of Windows OS or iOS.

 

Web Assistant

• Provide day-to-day operations for web development

• Assist webmaster in development of web sites

• Experience required in HTML and web editing tools, Adobe Photoshop knowledge a plus
