Biography
Dr. Sara Zedaker is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Houston-Victoria. She joined the faculty in the fall of 2017 after receiving her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. She also holds a M.A. in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Sam Houston State University and a B.A. in Criminology from St. Edward’s University. Her research interests are broadly related to both life-course criminology and victimology, with a specific focus on romantic relationships, desistance from criminal offending, and intimate partner violence.
