Article V. Appeal Process

Section 1. The Right to Appeal

1. The removed SGA member has the right to appeal within forty-eight (48) hours of the removal. This appeal must be submitted in writing via email to the President, Chief Justice, and the Advisor(s).
2. Once the removal is taken into action, the removee will lose one’s rights and privileges offered by their previously held position.
