Article XII. Fiduciary Responsibilities

Section 1. Student Services Fees

  1. The SGA shall, in its fiduciary and representative capacities, have a primary role in determining the amount and allocation of the student services fees.
  2. The SGA shall make recommendations on behalf of the students of University of Houston-Victoria concerning the collection, allocation, and expenditure of student services fees.

Section 2. Student Services Fee Advisory Committee

  1. This article may be superseded by the establishment of, and SGA participation in, a Student Services Fee Advisory Committee.

Section 3. Texas Education Code

  1. The SGA shall abide by Section 54.503 (Addendum 1 to these bylaws) and any other relevant sections of the Texas Education Code.
