Commencement Ceremony
Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremonies
The Spring 2023 commencement ceremonies will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Faith Family Church in Victoria, TX. There will be two ceremonies for the academic colleges. The times of those ceremonies are listed below:
- 9 a.m. – College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and College of Natural and Applied Sciences
- 12:30 p.m. – College of Business and College of Education and Health Professions
Tickets
Each candidate who plans to take part in the commencement ceremony is guaranteed six guest tickets at no charge.
Additional ticket requests will not be granted due to class size and venue seating constraints. However, the livestream link will be available on the commencement website before the ceremony begins.
To request tickets, candidates need to specify the number of tickets being requested via 2023 Spring Commencement Ticket Request Form by the April 13th, 2023 to have them shipped.
- Tickets will be sent to candidate’s address provided in the form.
- All guests require a ticket.
- Participating candidates do not require a ticket.
- Children 2 years of age or younger will not require a ticket; however, they must sit on the lap of a guest with a ticket.
- The University of Houston-Victoria does not offer any guest tickets for sale.
