Graduate Certificate Preparation Program – Principal
The plan allows those who already have a master’s degree to pursue principal licensure without going through the full educational administration degree coursework. Instead, you will take five required courses toward your certification. During the initial advisement process, your advisor will determine whether you have any knowledge or instructional gaps. If you do, you may be required to take additional coursework.
Graduate Certificate Preparation Program – Superintendent
This online certification is designed for currently practicing administrators or for those who possess a master’s degree and Principal Certificate. The online format allows you to complete your superintendent certification on your own schedule and, ideally, in one year. You will be required to take the TExES #195 Superintendent Certification exam in order to get your licensure.
