Be Mindful
Often people get stuck in their heads. Being mindful means paying attentions to the present moment, exactly as it is. Just notice what you are sensing and doing. When you do this, you can notice all the pleasant experiences around you.
For example, imagine you are taking a walk. As you are walking, you decide that you are going to focus on the present instead of worrying about school. You feel the warm sun and cool breeze. You look up at the clouds. You stop and smell the flowers. All of you senses are alive and focused on the present moment. This is walking in a mindful way.
