First Step to Your Undergraduate Marketing Program

The first step toward earning a BBA in Marketing is understanding the structure of the degree and the specific degree requirements. This is a 120-credit hour program that includes 42 general education credit hours, as well as lower and upper business core courses.

The marketing-specific core courses include Buyer Behavior, Marketing Research and Marketing Management. You also will be able to choose from a variety of marketing and business electives to customize and round out your education to fit your specific goals and interests.

The majority of required courses for the marketing concentration are offered online. To make things as accommodating as possible for our students, the few courses that need to be completed in-person can be completed in Victoria and Katy.

Completing a BBA in Marketing is also your first step toward earning a Strategic MBA. If you wish to further your education, an MBA will provide advanced knowledge and expertise to give you a competitive advantage in the marketing field.
