Jeanette Winters is a human capital, change management and organizational development executive known for aligning people, strategy, and opportunity. She passionately strives to enable individual and corporate growth, meet expectations for transformation and revenue generation, and enable achievement. She works with people to capitalize on change opportunities for themselves and their organizations. Jeanette has led corporate human resources including talent management, diversity & inclusion, organizational development and enterprise learning functions at global Fortune 500 organizations, privately held companies and start-ups (Intel, American Express, Pitney Bowes, Amgen, and Igloo Products Corp). Dr Winters has also served as interim HR executive in several companies.

Dr. Winters has also had a rich background in postsecondary education. She has served as:

• Founding Member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Pennsylvania’s Doctoral Program for Chief Learning Officers; visiting lecturer; dissertation advisor
• Visiting Lecturer, University of Southern California’s Price School, Masters’ Applied Leadership
• Faculty Director, University of California, Berkeley, Aspiring Chief Human Resource Officers

She has a well-established track record of designing and implementing world-class solutions in challenging global environments resulting in performance and productivity improvements.
